Welcome on our farm the Heide Hoeve (heide = heath land, hoeve = farm). As the name does suspect,  the farm is situated near heath land landscape; named Wierdense veld (Wierden = location name, veld= field). The Wierdense veld is a dug up peat area of approximately 400 acres.

 

De Heide Hoeve is in possession of the family Van der Kolk for several generations now and of origin a milking cattle farm. Since then our modern farm, with approx. 85 milking cows, has been extended with a B&B, horse lodge and do we give  training in home and garden decorations.

 

With this website we want to give you a idea of our  farm, the possibilities and the area. We wish you a lot of reading– and watching fun and hope to greet you in person on our farm.
